ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Leanvera AI Creative Director Platform ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, all Agency Users agree to comply with this AUP in addition to the Terms of Use. Leanvera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice. The Leanvera Platform is a professional B2B strategic workspace. Its capabilities — including psychological hook framework generation, audience trigger analysis, and strategic messaging architecture — are powerful professional tools. This AUP is designed to ensure those capabilities are used ethically, legally, and in a manner consistent with Leanvera's positioning as responsible AI-driven infrastructure.

2. Permitted Uses

The Platform is permitted to be used for the following purposes:

●       Generating ethical, truthful marketing campaign strategies and creative direction briefs for legitimate commercial products and services;

●       Producing hook frameworks and positioning strategies for client brands operating in compliance with applicable advertising standards (including but not limited to FTC guidelines,
ASA rules, and relevant platform-specific ad policies);

●       Creating white-labeled strategic reports for presentation to agency clients as part of legitimate professional consulting services;

●       Building Brand Voice Profiles for clients operating lawfully in their respective industries;

●       Using Platform outputs as the basis for advertising campaigns on compliant ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) in accordance with those platforms' community standards
and advertising policies.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the Platform are expressly prohibited. Users may not use the Platform to generate, develop, or facilitate:

3.1 Deceptive or Fraudulent Marketing

●       Campaigns designed to make materially false or misleading claims about a product's features, performance, pricing, availability, or endorsement status.

●       Strategies designed to deceive consumers into purchasing products or services under false pretenses.

●       Fake urgency, fabricated social proof, or invented scarcity claims intended to manipulate consumer decision-making through deception rather than legitimate persuasion.

●       Phishing strategies, fraudulent investment schemes, or lead-generation campaigns for unlicensed financial products.

3.2 Illegal Activity

●      Marketing strategies for products, services, or activities that are illegal under applicable local or international laws within the User's operational jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the
target audience.

●       Campaigns designed to circumvent advertising platform policies in a manner that violates those platforms' terms of service.

●       Strategies intended to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or the evasion of regulatory oversight.

●       Advertising frameworks for unlicensed pharmaceutical products, unregistered securities, or other regulated categories where the User does not hold the required authorizations.

3.3 Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content

●       Strategic frameworks designed to target individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation,
disability, or age in a manner intended to demean, harass, or incite hostility.

●       Campaigns designed to exploit, demean, or psychologically manipulate vulnerable populations, including minors, individuals with cognitive impairments, or those in financial distress.

3.4 Harassment and Harm

●       Strategic messaging campaigns designed to systematically harass, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals or organizations.

●       Coordinated inauthentic behavior campaigns, astroturfing, or manufactured public opinion operations.

●       Disinformation or propaganda campaigns designed to manipulate public political discourse through systematic deception.

3.5 Misuse of AI Capabilities

●       Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying algorithmic methodology or proprietary framework of the Platform.

●       Using Platform outputs to train, benchmark, or develop competing AI models.

●       Inputting personal data of identifiable individuals (including consumer personally identifiable information) into the Platform without an appropriate legal basis for doing so.

●       Circumventing usage limits, workspace isolation controls, or access restrictions through technical or non-technical means.

4. Industry-Specific Restrictions

Agency Users operating in regulated industries — including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, alcohol, gambling, and adult content — are solely responsible for ensuring that all Platform outputs are reviewed for compliance with the specific advertising regulations applicable to those industries before use. Leanvera does not provide compliance review services and expressly disclaims liability for regulatory violations arising from Platform outputs used in regulated industry contexts.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Platform that violates this AUP, please report it to: [support@leanvera.com]. Leanvera will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User's account without refund, removal of access to all Active Client Workspaces and stored Brand Voice Profiles, and disclosure to relevant legal authorities where conduct involves illegal activity. Leanvera reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations that cause harm to the Platform, its users, or third parties.

7. Policy Updates

Leanvera reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
